A single awning is permitted within the cost of your pitch. A single small pup tent that is ancillary to the main unit is also permitted for a small additional charge for members of your party but must be without non-breathable groundsheet. This cannot form a separate living/sleeping unit.
Your party may be up to a maximum of 6 occupants. Occupants includes babies, children and dogs. Occupancy beyond this allowance would necessitate additional pitch rental at the full rate
-
Ground sheets
To safeguard our grass pitches for future guests through the season, we discourage the general use of groundsheets. Only breathable groundsheets will be permitted. Where groundsheets are used, we request guests to roll these back during the day when down during periods of dry weather. Guests are requested to park their tow vehicle alongside and close to their unit to ensure maximum open space between occupied pitches.
-
Electric Hook Up
Your pitch fee includes the responsible use of a 16amp electric hook up point. All our EHUs have meters to facilitate monitoring and responsible usage. With rapidly increasing energy costs, we have had to introduce a usage cap (currently set at 10 units (KWh) per night) within the pitch fee. This is ample for normal usage by most units. Usage above the prevailing cap amount is charged at cost price (currently 22p/unit inc. VAT but liable to increase). We take a ‘check-in’ meter reading on your arrival and a ‘check-out’ reading on your departure. Please note that for safety reasons, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Please note that you must not not travel if you or any of your party have had any of the COVID-19 symptoms in the 5 days before travel to Llainfran or have been exposed to anyone with a positive test result for 5 days before travel. You cannot self-isolate at Llainfran.
To comply with the Welsh Government’s ‘Track, Trace and Protect’ requirements and for insurance purposes, it is our legal responsibility to hold the names and contact details of all guests booked to stay with us at Llainfran Holidays within the Bed and Breakfast, within our cottages, and on our CL campsite. We may ask you for these at the time of booking or on your arrival and are required to retain these for up to 21 days in case of contact by a contact tracer.
