‘Cynefin’ is perfect for singles or couples looking for a restful or romantic escape to the country and within walking distance of the spectacular Ceredigion coastline.

The Welsh word Cynefin means: ‘A place where a person or an animal feels it ought to belong. It is where nature around you feels right.’ A stay in Cynefin will certainly foster a sense of belonging.

Cynefin is ideally located for walkers being just a short walk from the Wales Coast Path and offering simple, studio-style living with views out to Cardigan Bay. A perfect base to explore the area.

Inside, you have all your living amenities in one place with a smart open-plan living and kitchen area for whipping up a tasty meal in the evening to enjoy cwtched (cuddled) up inside Cynefin, or alfresco-style in your own outside undercover dining area.

The hut is well equipped with underfloor heating, its own private shower room and toilet and a spacious, hotel quality king bed.

Tydu View Cottage was the former piggery and granary of the Llainfran farmstead and lies alongside Stable Cottage. Now converted into a luxurious single storey two bedroom cottage, the property offers modern amenities in a characterful setting overlooking farmland and the Heritage Coast.

Pendre Farmhouse

Hide away on the sunny side of the valley above Cwmtydu

Pendre lies above the small peaceful village of Llwyndafydd just south of Llainfran. Once the local pig farm, Pendre Farmhouse stands proud, sunny and south facing above the secluded wooded valley that links with the sea at Cwmtydu Cove. A lovely spacious retreat for up to six guests. Its ‘secret garden’ is a hidden gem for adults and children alike.

Bwthyn Nyth Fach

Bwthyn Nyth Fach wasa the original eighteenth century farmhouse at Llainfran Fach, now authentically restored. Step back in time and experience true Welsh history…with a few modern comforts thrown in of course! Nyth Fach may just tick all the love nest boxes with its roaring fires, fabulous bathroom and enchanting crof-loft bedroom for two.

The former stables of the farm now provide a comfortable and luxurious character cottage with its open plan kitchen, Inglenook Fireplace and two bathrooms. Stable Cottage provides a comfortable and luxurious retreat for up to six guests set within the grounds of Llainfran Fach.
