A spacious open plan living space provides a kitchen, dining and sitting area and magnificent Inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There is also a WC cloakroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people, a bathroom and a separate shower room.

A small private garden with terrace, large barbeque grill, level lawns and ample garden furniture provides uninterrupted views over our fields and wildlife pond with views of the sea beyond.

For those needing it, Stable Cottage has fast wifi internet access for home working.

There is parking for two cars.

Pendre lies above the small peaceful village of Llwyndafydd just south of Llainfran. Once the local pig farm, Pendre Farmhouse stands proud, sunny and south facing above the secluded wooded valley that links with the sea at Cwmtydu Cove. A lovely spacious retreat for up to six guests. Its ‘secret garden’ is a hidden gem for adults and children alike.
