OUR EN-SUITE ROOMS are both newly remodelled, and beautifully appointed. Each has a King size bed, comfortable tub chairs, colour flat screen TV, hospitality tray, hairdryer, mini fridge and safe.

Sea View En-suite Room Enjoy views and spectacular sunsets over Cardigan Bay from the comfort of your room Premium En-suite Room A more spacious room with country and garden views and larger sitting area. A full size single bed can be added to the Premium room to make a Twin Room.

1 A booking is accepted by us, upon receipt of a non-refundable 30% deposit payable by Debit Card or Credit Card. You will receive a Confirmation of Booking by letter or email.

The balance is payable on or before departure by Debit Card, Credit Card or cash.

2 Payment. We accept payment by most Credit Cards (2.6% processing charge), Debit Card, or cash.
A 2.6% processing charge applies to all Credit Cards and non-UK Debit Cards

3 Cancellation. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of planned arrival, you become liable for the full amount unless we are able to re-let the room for the entire duration of your booking. When a refund is possible an administration fee of £10.00, any commission paid to a third party, or any other expenses incurred by ourselves in re-letting the room, will be deducted from the refund.
We advise that you take out travel/cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.

4 Single occupancy rates do not apply during weeks when a Bank Holiday falls or from 10th July – 3rd September, when the full double occupancy rate will be charged.
Special Offer discounts do not apply to Single occupancy rates. The room is allocated on arrival.

5 Arrival time is from 2.00 pm. Earlier arrival may be possible by special arrangement, at the discretion of the management.

6 Rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Later departure may be possible by special arrangement, at the discretion of the management.

7 Smoking policy. Llainfran House is a non-smoking establishment.
Smoking is permitted in the garden.

8 Breakfast is served between 8.15am and 8.50am (last orders). Guests are asked to give their preferred breakfast time the previous evening to assist us in ensuring your food is freshly cooked. Please give at least 7 days notice of any special dietary requirement.

9 Pets. We are unable to accept pets, either in guests’ rooms, or sleeping in their owners’ vehicles.

10 Disabilities. We encourage and welcome all guests with any sort of disability, and will do our very best to accommodate any special needs. Please ask for our “Accessibility statement”. We ask that any guest who is not totally self caring is not left alone on the property, for Health and Safety reasons.

11 We are open from Easter up to, and including the last weekend in September. We have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights
